Please be aware that Go Radio operates a 100% legal music service and all mechanical reproduction licences have been paid to operate this service within this territory.

The onus is on the Go Radio client to obtain the public performance licences for the right to play music in a business environment and make it audible to your customers.

There are two licences applicable:

1. The right to publicly perform musical works in a business and this licence has to be procured from the society in your country that represent Authors’ Rights (Composers/Music Publisher).
2. The right to communicate sound recordings in a business and this licence has to be issued by the society representing the rights of the Record Company and the Artists (Neighbouring Rights).
